Refund policy

At Nature's Pet's Company, customer satisfaction and your pet’s well-being are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

 We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Opened products may be returned within 30 days for store credit, recognizing that natural supplements often require 4-6 weeks of consistent use to show full results. Please contact support@naturespetscompany.com to initiate a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund after reviewing your request.

To initiate a return, please email us at naturespetscompany@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
